Peacock Policies and Procedures

Please read through Peacock Dance and Theatrics' policies and procedures prior to submitting your registration form.

  1. Peacock Dance and Theatrics' Fall season runs mid-August through the third week in    May. Registrations are accepted throughout the season. Prorated tuition is offered for late  starters in their first month. 

  2. Peacock Dance and Theatrics will not teach class the week of spring break.

  3. INSTRUCTORS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ACCEPT PAYMENTS AT SCHOOLS.    PAYMENTS MUST BE PAID ONLINE VIA PAYPAL OR THROUGH THE "PAY NOW" TAB OR MAILED DIRECTLY TO OUR OFFICE LOCATED AT:

  4. Payments are due on the 1st of each month.

  5. A statement will be mailed or emailed to you monthly for your convenience.

  6. If monthly tuition is not received by the end of the month then your child will not be    permitted to participate in class.

  7. Tuition is $64 based on 4 classes per month. Peacock Dance and Theatrics does not prorate  due to your child's absence. In the event your instructor misses a class, a makeup class will  be scheduled. Some months have a 5th "bonus" class to compensate for there being 3  classes in the months of December and May.

  8. For the benefit of the class, certain behavior is expected of all students. If all efforts to  satisfy this goal fail, Peacock Dance and Theatrics reserves the right to withdraw a student  from the class.

  9. Any check that is returned by the bank will be charged a $25 fee. After a returned  check, money order must be used.

  10. Withdrawal notification must be made in writing via mail or email to Peacock Dance  and Theatrics prior to the new month in order to cease future charges.

  11. Dress Code: Girl dancers should wear a leotard and tights to class with hair up or out of their face. Pink ballet shoes and black tap shoes should be worn.

Boy dancers should wear black jazz pants or cyclist pants. Any color, but black is preferred. Should be nylon and tight fitting. With a black shirt. Black or tan ballet shoes and black tap shoes should be worn.
